Ineligible Jurisdictions
Ledn’s products and services are currently unavailable to residents in the following countries* (each an “Ineligible Jurisdiction”) due to applicable laws and regulations:
Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Eswatini, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, People's Republic of China, Republic of the Congo, Réunion, Russia, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkmenistan, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
Ledn may implement controls to restrict access to the Ledn Platform from any Ineligible Jurisdiction. Accordingly, Ledn may block access to its website and mobile app (“Access Restrictions”) from any Ineligible Jurisdiction. Ledn reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine which Ineligible Jurisdictions are subject to Access Restrictions.
*Unless you were an existing client (in select countries only) prior to the effective date of such country becoming an Ineligible Jurisdiction.
Travelling to an Ineligible Jurisdiction
If you are an existing client who is not a resident of an Ineligible Jurisdiction, please be aware that if you travel to an Ineligible Jurisdiction that is subject to Access Restrictions, you will not be able to access the Ledn Platform from such Ineligible Jurisdiction so long as you remain in the Ineligible Jurisdiction.
Other Product Restrictions
Ledn reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict access to any one or more of its products and services in any other jurisdictions, whether due to applicable laws and regulations or for any other reasons.
